Terms for every quote and every reservation
Plain terms for the website and for every quote the office sends.
The agency behind this website
Tennessee Balloon Rides LLC does business as Tennessee Balloon Rides. It is an independent travel agency with one office at 1200 SW 145th Ave, Suite 330, Pembroke Pines, FL 33027. The office plans trips to Tennessee that are built around a hot air balloon flight, asks local balloon companies and lodgings for space on the dates a traveler wants, and puts the reservation in place once the traveler accepts a written quote. The office earns a commission that the balloon company or the lodging pays after a reservation is made.
These terms apply to the website at tennesseeballoonrides.com and to every quote the office sends. A reservation itself is also governed by the terms of each supplier in it, which the quote names and links before you accept.
A free quote commits neither side
Sending a trip request costs nothing and commits you to nothing. A quote is an offer that is valid for the number of days written on it. Space is held only when the supplier confirms the hold in writing, and the office tells you in writing once that happens.
Every price on this website is a starting figure in the form "from $X per person", based on two adults sharing one room unless the trip says otherwise. The total for your dates is written in the quote, and it can differ from the starting figure because of the season, the day of the week, the room, the size of the party and what the supplier charges on those dates.
Payment goes to the supplier, never through this website
This website takes no payment and has no field for card or bank details. When you accept a quote, each supplier collects payment under its own terms: the balloon company for the flight, the lodging for the nights. Some take a deposit, some hold a card and charge on the flight day; the quote states what is paid, when and to whom.
The office never asks for card details by email or text. A message that claims to come from the office and asks for them is not from the office; forward it to sunrise@tennesseeballoonrides.com.
The flight is made by the balloon company
The balloon flight in every trip is made by a local balloon company in Tennessee and its commercial balloon pilot, under the company's own passenger rules. The company sets the launch site and time, the passenger requirements, the minimum age and the conditions under which a flight goes ahead. Before the meeting, the pilot decides whether the wind and weather allow a flight, and that decision is final.
When the balloon company moves a flight for weather, the quote explains what follows: a new morning on the same trip where one is free, or the company's refund of the flight price under its terms. How lodging nights are handled in that case is written in the quote as well, because lodgings do not all follow the same rule. The full rules are on the Weather calls and refunds page.
The road north is your own
Every trip begins at its lodging in Tennessee. How you reach it, by your own car or otherwise, is your own arrangement and is not part of any price on this website. Where a trip includes a drive between the lodging and the launch field, the quote says who drives and how long it takes.
Health, coverage and identification stay yours
The office does not sell or recommend coverage for a trip that falls through, and it gives no legal, health or tax advice. Whether the flight suits each person in your party is a question for the balloon company, which answers it directly before the reservation is confirmed. Identification the lodging asks for at check-in is yours to bring.
Refunds come from whoever took the money
Each supplier's own change and refund rules apply to its part of the trip. The office passes your request to the supplier the same day if it arrives Thursday through Monday, or on Thursday if it arrives on Tuesday or Wednesday, and confirms the result in writing. The Weather calls and refunds page sets out the rules the office follows and the ones that belong to the suppliers.
Where the agency answers for its work
The office is responsible for passing on your request accurately, for quoting what the suppliers confirm, and for telling you in writing what you have reserved. It is not responsible for a supplier's own acts, delays or failures, or for weather, road closures or other events outside its control. These terms do not take away a right you have under Florida or federal law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Things the website may add later
Some functions of this website may later be carried out by an outside provider, for example a search or reservation tool for lodging. If that happens, the reservation and any payment made through that tool take place with the provider under its own terms, and this page and the privacy notice will say so before the tool goes live.
Printing a trip page for your own planning
The text, photographs and drawings on this website belong to Tennessee Balloon Rides LLC. You may print or save a page for your own trip planning. Copying the website as a whole, or using it to send automated requests, is not permitted.
Someone else's photograph or text on these pages
If you believe something on this website uses your work without permission, write to sunrise@tennesseeballoonrides.com or to 1200 SW 145th Ave, Suite 330, Pembroke Pines, FL 33027 with the address of the page, a description of the work, your contact details and a statement that you own it or act for the owner. The office answers within ten business days and removes the material while it looks into the complaint.
Florida courts for any disagreement
Florida law governs these terms. A dispute that cannot be settled by writing to sunrise@tennesseeballoonrides.com may be brought in the state or federal courts for Broward County, Florida, unless the law of the place where you live gives you a right to bring it there.
Revisions of the terms
The date below shows when these terms were last revised. A revision does not change a quote you have already accepted. Terms revised October 24, 2026.
